Korea Development Bank talks £250 million notes due 2018 at low-100 bps area spread

Atlanta, Nov. 13 – Korea Development Bank set initial talk in the U.K. Gilts plus low-100 basis points area for an issue of £250 million notes due Nov. 20, 2018 (expected ratings: Aa3//AA-), a market source said.

Barclays and RBS are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes could price as soon as Thursday.
