Korea Development to issue dollar-denominated five-year bonds

New York, Sept. 1 - Korea Development Bank plans to issue five-year dollar-denominated bonds (A3/A/A), according to a market source.

HSBC, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch are joint bookrunners.

The issue will be launched following investor meetings in New York next week.

The issuer is a Seoul-based financial institution.
