Moody's rates Korea Development Bank notes A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 rating to Korea Development Bank's proposed senior unsecured notes to be drawn from its $4 billion SEC-registered program.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating is subject to receipt of final documentation, the terms and conditions of which are not expected to change in any material way from the draft documents reviewed by Moody's.
