Korea Development Bank five-year benchmark global bonds talked at T+115 to 120 bps

New York, July 12 - Korea Development Bank set guidance for its offering of five-year benchmark global bonds (A3/A-/A-) at Treasuries plus 115 basis points to 120 basis points, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected mid-week.

The notes are non-callable.

Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and HSBC Holdings are running the books.
