New Issue: Korea Development Bank sells RMB 680 million notes, HK$255 million notes

Buffalo, N.Y., July 5 – Korea Development Bank issued RMB 680 million 2.95% notes in two parts due 2026 and HK$255 million 4 5/8% notes due 2024, according to multiple listing notices on Wednesday.

The two-part offering is comprised of a RMB 355 million tranche settled June 14 and a RMB 325 million tranche settled June 15. The maturity dates for the tranches are likewise one day apart.

Each series of notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange effective July 5.

The lender is based in Seoul, South Korea.
