Barclays plans notes with 75% barrier linked to four Asian indexes

Chicago, Feb. 10 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due Aug. 31, 2017 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying components are the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, the Hang Seng index, MSCI Taiwan Price index and the Korea Composite Stock Price Index 200.

If the basket finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain.

If the basket falls by up to the 75% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 25 and settle on Feb. 28.

The Cusip number is 06741T5V5.
