By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Dec. 5 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due December 2017 linked to a basket of five equally weighted Asian indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying indexes are the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index 200, Hang Seng index, MSCI Taiwan Price index and MSCI Singapore Free Price index.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times to 1.3 times any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up 25% and will be exposed to losses beyond 25%.

The notes are expected to price and settle in December.

Barclays is the agent.
