Barclays plans four-year Super Track notes tied to three Asian indexes

Chicago, April 4 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Super Track notes due April 29, 2015 linked to a basket of three equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying components are the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index 200 and the MSCI Taiwan Price index.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.9 times to 2 times any gain in the basket. The exact upside participation rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any basket decline.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on April 26 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip is 06738KGK1.
