New Issue: South Korea sells $1.5 billion of five-, 10-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., June 13 – The Republic of Korea priced $500 million of 2% five-year notes at 99.166 and $1 billion of 2½% 10-year notes at 98.456, according to FWP filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
