New Issue: Korea prices $1 billion in two tranches of notes due 2028, 2048

New York, Sept. 14 – The Republic of Korea priced $1 billion of notes in two tranches, including $500 million of 3˝% 10-year notes at 99.399 and $500 million of 3 7/8% 30-year notes at 98.567, according to FWP filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Korea Development Bank and BofA Merrill Lynch were joint bookrunners of the SEC-registered notes (Aa2/AA), which will listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
