Norfolk, Va., Oct. 6 – The Ministry of Finance of Korea accepted KRW 869 billion of bids for its 2¾% 30-year treasury bonds on Tuesday, according to a government notice.
The weighted average accepted rate was 2.28%.
Korea initially offered KRW 850 billion of the bonds. Bids were received for KRW 3,155,000,000,000 of bonds, for a bid-to-cover ratio of 371.2%.
The bonds were originally issued on Dec. 10, 2014.
