Norfolk, Va., Sept. 8 – The Ministry of Finance of Korea accepted KRW 2.22 trillion of bids for its 2% five-year treasury bonds on Monday, according to a government notice.
The weighted average accepted rate was 1.875%.
Bids were received for KRW 8,312,000,000,000 of bonds, for a bid-to-cover ratio of 377.8%. The initial offering was for KRW 2.2 trillion of bonds.
The bonds will be issued on Sept. 10.
