New Issue: Korea auctions KRW 1.5 trillion 3% three-year notes to yield 3.78%

Chicago, May 2 - The Ministry of Finance of Korea priced KRW 1.5 trillion of 3% three-year treasury notes on Monday, according to a government notice.

The weighted average accepted rate for the reopened notes issued on Dec. 10, 2010 was 3.78%.

Bids were received for KRW 6.29 trillion of the securities, resulting in a bid-to-cover ratio of 419.3%.

The bids received ranged from 3.77% to 3.81%.

Settlement is expected on Tuesday.
