Korea files $5 billion debt securities, warrants shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 30 - The Republic of Korea filed a $5 billion debt securities and warrants shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general operations.
