New Issue: Kookmin Bank sells $500 million 4.35% sustainability perpetuals

Olympia, Wash., July 2 – South Korea’s Kookmin Bank sold $500 million of 4.35% tier 1 sustainability subordinated perpetual notes, according to an announcement.
The lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A notes are BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., KB Securities Co., Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International and Mizuho Securities USA LLC.
Kookmin Bank is a lender based in Seoul.
