New Issue: South Korea's Kookmin Bank sells ¥3 billion of short-term notes

New York, Dec. 12 - Seoul-based Kookmin Bank said it sold ¥3 billion of one-year floating-rate notes at three-month JPY Libor plus 100 basis points via private placement.

The issue is structured as bullet notes.

Development Bank of Singapore arranged the sale.
