Kookmin Bank amends pricing for series 2020-7 floaters due 2025

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., July 5 – South Korea’s Kookmin Bank issued an amended pricing supplement for its $50 million floating-rate notes due May 21, 2025, series 2020-7 (ISIN: XS2177666307).

The amendment was effective on July 3.

Beginning on Aug. 21, interest will be based on SOFR plus the benchmark replacement adjustment of 26.161 basis points plus the original margin of 130 bps.

The adjustment was triggered by a benchmark transition event.

The notes were originally issued May 21, 2020 under the bank’s global medium-term note program.

The lender is based in Seoul.
