Buffalo, N.Y., April 18 – South Korea’s Kookmin Bank sold $500 million of 4 5/8% notes due April 21, 2028 on Monday, according to information provided by a market source.
The notes were priced at a spread of 95 basis points over Treasuries, tight to initial talk in the Treasuries plus 135 bps area.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan, KDB and MUFG were the bookrunners.
The lender is based in Seoul.
