New York, May 3 – South Korea’s Kookmin Bank has priced RMB 150 million of notes due 2022 in two series, according to two listing notices.
A RMB 100 million tranche of notes due April 29, 2022 priced with a 3% coupon on April 28, and a RMB 50 million tranche of notes due April 18, 2022 priced with a 3.05% coupon on April 16.
The Regulation S notes were sold via lead manager and bookrunner Standard Chartered Bank and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on May 4.
Kookmin Bank is a lender based in Seoul.
