Los Angeles, March 14 – Kommuninvest priced $1 billion of 4.5% notes due Sept. 30, 2026 at 99.788 to yield 4.589%, or SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 basis points, or Treasuries plus 23.8 bps, according to a market source.
Revised guidance was firmed 1 bp from talk to the SOFR mid-swaps plus 28 bps area.
The final order book for the offering, Kommuninvest’s first dollar deal of the year, was $2.8 billion.
Citi, Nomura, Nordea and TD were the bookrunners.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering will settle on March 20.
Kommuninvest offers funding to municipalities in Sweden.
