New Issue: Kommuninvest sells $1 billion 4.75% three-year notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 39 bps

Chicago, Oct. 20 – Kommuninvest I Sverige AB priced $1 billion of 4.75% notes with a three-year tenor on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The notes priced at SOFR mid-swaps plus 39 basis points, or Treasuries plus 22.95 bps. Price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 41 bps area. Guidance was unchanged from talk.
Barclays, Credit Agricole CIB, Danske and Nomura are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Kommuninvest offers funding to municipalities in Sweden.
