Kommuninvest plans to price $1 billion green notes due June 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., March 3 – Kommuninvest I Sverige AB (Aaa/AAA) intends to conduct a $1 billion Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of no-grow dollar-denominated green notes due June 19, 2024, according to a market source.

The notes are expected to price on Wednesday.

Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Nomura Securities International Inc. and SEB are the bookrunners.

Kommuninvest is an Orebro, Sweden-based company that offers funding to municipalities of Sweden.
