Kommuninvest talks dollar notes due 2022 at mid-swaps plus 5 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 26 – Kommuninvest I Sverige AB (Aaa/AAA) plans to price a dollar-denominated Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of notes due July 20, 2022 on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 5 basis points area.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Nomura International plc, SEB Securities, Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Kommuninvest is an Orebro-based company that offers funding to municipalities of Sweden.
