New Issue: KommuneKredit reopens floaters due 2014 to add $308 million

New York, July 31 - Denmark's KommuneKredit reopened an issue of floating-rate notes due in April of 2014 on Tuesday to add $308 million, a market source said.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/) were priced at 100.271 with a coupon of Libor plus 20 basis points.

Total outstanding will be $1 billion.

UBS Securities LLC was the bookrunner.

The credit institution for local and regional authorities in Denmark is based in Copenhagen.
