KommuneKredit offers $750 million senior green notes due 2027

Los Angeles, Oct. 25 – KommuneKredit is offering $750 million of senior green notes due Nov. 1, 2027, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 43 basis points area.

BofA, Barclays, Danske Bank and TD are the bookrunners.

KommuneKredit offers funding and leasing services to municipalities and is based in Copenhagen.
