Kommunalkredit to tender for perpetual fixed/floating-rate notes

New York, July 22 - Kommunalkredit Capital I Ltd. announced that it will soon begin a tender offer for its perpetual non-cumulative subordinated fixed/floating-rate capital notes (ISIN DE000A0DHT43).

For each €1,000 principal amount, the company will pay €250, subject to prevailing market conditions.

Further details were not disclosed in the company's release.

Kommunalkredit entered into a support agreement with KA Finanz AG, formerly Kommunalkredit Austria AG, which is based in Vienna.
