Kommunalbanken Norway will sell dollar-denominated five-year notes

Chicago, Jan. 11 – Kommunalbanken Norway will sell dollar-denominated notes with a five-year tenor, according to a notice.

The notes, due Jan. 19, 2028, will be listed in Luxembourg.

J.P. Morgan SE, Citi, HSBC and RBC are the bookrunners.

The issuer is fully owned by the Kingdom of Norway.
