Chicago, Jan. 13 – Kommunalbanken Norway priced $1.25 billion of 1.5% five-year notes at 99.402 on Wednesday, based on information from a market source and a stabilization notice.
Pricing on the spread came on top of launch talk, at SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 basis points, or alternatively Treasuries plus 12.8 bps.
Initial price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 29 bps area.
BofA, HSBC, J.P. Morgan AG and RBC CM are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
The local government funding agency is based in Oslo.
