Kommunalbanken Norway marketing five-year dollar notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 29 bps area

Los Angeles, Jan. 11 – Kommunalbanken Norway is marketing dollar-denominated notes due Jan. 20, 2027, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected on Wednesday.

Initial price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 29 basis points area.

BofA, HSBC, JPMorgan and RBC are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The local government funding agency is based in Oslo.
