Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 8 – Kommunalbanken Norway priced $2 billion of 0.5% five-year notes in a Regulation S and Rule 144A offering on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The bonds priced at mid-swaps plus 9 basis points, or Treasuries plus 15.1 bps. The notes were talked in the mid-swaps plus 10 bps area, with initial talk at mid-swaps plus 11 bps area.
BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, Nomura and RBC were the bookrunners.
Oslo-based Kommunalbanken provides funding to municipalities.
