Kommunalbanken talks dollar-denominated three-year notes at mid-swaps plus 6 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 30 – Kommunalbanken Norway (Aaa/AAA) plans to price a Rule 144A and Regulation S dollar-denominated offering of three-year notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes are initially talked to print in the mid-swaps plus 6 basis points area.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Bank plc, NatWest Markets Securities Inc. and Nomura Securities International Inc. are the bookrunners.

Oslo-based Kommunalbanken provides funding to municipalities.
