Kommunalbanken plans five-year notes via JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 – Kommunalbanken AS plans to sell five-year Regulation S and Rule 144A notes on Thursday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the stabilization coordinator with BofA Merrill Lynch, Nomura and RBC Capital Markets Corp. as stabilization managers.

The government-funded lender to municipalities is based in Oslo.
