Kommunalbanken intends to price five-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 18 – Kommunalbanken AS said it plans to sell five-year notes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the stabilization coordinator with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Nomura and RBC Capital Markets Corp.

The notes will be sold under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The government-funded lender to municipalities is based in Oslo.
