Kommunalbanken talks five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 10 bps area

Virginia Beach, Jan. 7 – Kommunalbanken AS set price talk for a planned offering of five-year notes (Aaa/AAA/) in the mid-swaps plus 10 basis points area, a market source said.
The sale is being done under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
The bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Nomura.
The government-funded lender to municipalities is based in Oslo.
