Norway's Kommunalbanken offers five-year notes for Wednesday pricing

New York, Feb. 12 - Norway's Kommunalbanken AS announced an offering of five-year notes on Tuesday, with pricing expected to go overnight to Wednesday, an informed source said.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) are being sold under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

The government-funded lender to municipalities is based in Oslo.
