Norway's Kommunalbanken talks $300 million floaters due 2016 at Libor plus 13 bps area

New York, Oct. 22 - Norway's Kommunalbanken AS announced a $300 million offering of floating-rate notes due 2016 on Monday, a market source said.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/) are being talked in the Libor plus 13 basis points area. Pricing is expected on Tuesday.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.
The bank provides low-cost funding to municipalities and is based in Oslo.
