New Issue: Kommunalbanken sells $1.25 billion 4.5% notes due 2028 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 44 bps

Los Angeles, Aug. 24 – Kommunalbanken AS priced $1.25 billion of 4.5% notes due Sept. 1, 2028 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 44 basis points, or Treasuries plus 23.6 bps, on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were talked at the SOFR mid-swaps plus 46 bps area, as previously reported.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Nomura, Scotia and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

Oslo-based Kommunalbanken provides funding to municipalities.
