Kommunalbanken on deck with three-year notes for Tuesday pricing

Chicago, Oct. 18 – Kommunalbanken AS is pricing an offering of dollar-denominated notes in the Tuesday market, according to a source.

The notes, due Oct. 24, 2025, are being talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 43 basis points area.

Barclays, Daiwa, Deutsche Bank and TD Securities are working as bookrunners on the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Oslo-based Kommunalbanken provides funding to municipalities.
