Kommunalbanken offers $500 million senior floaters due October 2023 talked at SOFR plus 17 bps area

Los Angeles, April 21 – Kommunalbanken AS launched a $500 million offering of senior floating-rate notes due Oct. 27, 2023, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the SOFR plus 17 basis points area.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the bookrunners.

Oslo-based Kommunalbanken provides funding to municipalities.
