New Issue: Czech Republic's Komercni banka to issue CZK 1.75 billion floating-rate bonds due 2018

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 13 - Komercni banka, AS plans to issue CZK 1,747,000,000 of floating-rate mortgage bonds due March 14, 2018. The bonds are the first tranche of a CZK 10 billion issue of mortgage bonds.

The bonds will bear interest at six-month Pribor plus 50 basis points. Interest is payable semiannually.

Settlement is expected on March 14.

The bonds will be listed on the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange.

Komercni banka is the lead manager.

The bank is based in Prague.
