Fitch rates Koleje Mazowieckie bond BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final long-term foreign-currency rating of BBB to Koleje Mazowieckie Finance AB's €100 million senior bond issue due March 9, 2016.

Koleje Mazowieckie Finance is the finance subsidiary of Koleje Mazowieckie - KM sp zoo, Fitch said.

The issuer's payments to the bondholder are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Koleje Mazowieckie, the agency said.
