Fitch cuts Koleje Mazowieckie

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded Koleje Mazowieckie - KM sp zoo's (KM) long-term foreign-currency rating to BBB- from BBB, long-term local-currency rating to BBB from BBB+ and national long-term rating to A+(pol) from AA-(pol).

The outlook is stable.

Fitch downgraded the long-term foreign-currency rating on Koleje Mazowieckie Finance AB's €100 million of senior bonds to BBB- from BBB.

The rating actions follow Fitch's downgrade of the region of Mazowieckie to BBB+ with a stable outlook Fitch said.

Koleje Mazowieckie's ratings are linked to those of the region of Mazowieckie, reflecting the region's dominant role over the company's activities, financing and strategy, the agency said.
