Fitch rates Koleje Mazowieckie

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Koleje Mazowieckie - KM sp z oo a long-term foreign-currency rating of BBB and a long-term local-currency rating of BBB+ and a national long-term rating of AA-(pol).

The outlook is negative.

The agency also assigned an expected long-term foreign-currency rating of BBB to Koleje Mazowieckie Finance AB's upcoming €100 million senior unsecured bond issue.

Ratings are linked to those of the Mazowieckie (A-/A/negative), reflecting the region's dominant role over KM's activities, financing and strategy, according to the agency.
