New Issue: ABN Amro prices $0.45 million 13% reverse convertibles linked to Kohl's
New York, July 30 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $0.45 million of 13% Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable notes due Oct. 31, 2008 linked to Kohl's Corp. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Kohl's shares fall below the protection price of $31.19, 75% of the initial price of $41.59, during the life of the notes and finish below the initial price in which case the payout will be 24.044 shares of Kohl's stock.
