New Issue: Singapore’s Koh Brothers sells S$50 million 4.8% notes due 2018 at par

Atlanta, June 17 – Singapore’s Koh Brothers Group Ltd. sold S$50 million notes due Jan, 2, 2018 at par to yield 4.8% on Tuesday, a market source said.
HSBC was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.
Koh Brothers is a Singapore-based investment holding company that provides management services.
