Kodiak Oil & Gas files $150 million common stock, debt securities shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 - Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. filed a $150 million common stock and debt securities shelf registration in an S-3 filing on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Denver, Kodiak is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
