Turkey's Koc sets roadshow for dollar-denominated note offering

Atlanta, April 11 - Turkey's Koc Holding AS will set out on a roadshow on Friday for an offering of dollar-denominated notes, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the deal.

The size is expected to total as much as $1 billion.

Koc Holding is an industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul.
