S&P revises Koc outlook to negative

S&P said it revised Koc Holding AS’ outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the company’s BB- rating after the agency changed Turkey’s outlook to negative from stable.

The agency said its rating for Koc is constrained by Turkey’s transfer and convertibility assessment, which currently stands at BB- because most of its assets are domiciled in the country.
