S&P ups Knowledge Learning to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Knowledge Learning Corp. to stable from negative and affirmed its ratings on the company, including the B+ corporate credit rating.

Knowledge has maintained adequate credit metrics for the rating despite high unemployment.

The company's cost-cutting efforts have partially offset EBITDA declines.

S&P said the outlook revision reflects its expectation that operating performance will not significantly deteriorate over the near term.
