S&P: Knology outlook positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Knology Inc. to positive from stable and affirmed its B corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects our expectations for steady operating performance for full-year 2009 despite maturing industry conditions, sufficient to generate healthy net free cash flow, which we expect will be used for debt reduction," S&P analyst Allyn Arden said in a statement.

Total debt-to-EBITDA ratio was 4.4x as of March 31.
